Women in particular have been conscious about their breast shape for many years, especially with the introduction of wonder bra and padded bras over the last 15 years. We have also noticed an increase in the number of enquiries we receive from women who have undergone breast enlargment procedures, they now find that their backside looks flat, when they have had their implants, so here at perfect bottoms we have looked at the front and back to help give you a more defined sexier shape and a figure more in proportion.
Americans have led the market especially with breast implants , and now the focus is on the bottom, following trends from USA and Brazil we offer cost effective options to the UK market,
We work with a number of companies predominantly in the southern regions, London, Hove and Guildford areas and in particular with PerfectBottoms.org

Smart Lipo with Aspiration

Smart Lipo hit the headlines around 2 years ago, and is performed as an outpatient basis, so no hospital stay is required, making this a very popular choice for fat removal. It is designed for patients who have small areas of fat deposits which they would like to have removed. Literally the laser dissolves the fat, turning it into oil like substance which is removed naturally from the body. Results may take unto 3 months to fully be seen, and some patients are so delighted with the results they have returned for several more sessions, to remove from different areas
Buttock Lift

Buttock Implants
Silicone implants made from a slightly firmer gel than breast implants are inserted into the bottom, via a small nick on the inside of the bottom cheek. The implants are inserted in-between gluteus muscle, which makes this a sore procedure to have and difficult to sit down. We recommend patients buy a swimming ring, to put onto their sofa or car driving seat, to help them sit and be comfortable. This procedure alone in America has seen one of the biggest increases in popularity for surgical treatments, with an increase alone of around 62% between 2006 and 2007. This is also one of the most commonly performed procedures in Brazil and Perfect Bottoms have brought awareness to the UK now, so this should be more popular choice to patients
Personal Trainer
To help tone and exercise the buttock region. Dance moves and exercises specifically tailored to lift, support and firm up the buttocks are offered. We would recommend that clients see a personal trainer who can design a programme to suit their own personal requirements, and to support their surgical or non surgical treatments which they take on. Getting their body ready for surgery or treatment and afterwards is important to give you the best possible results.
Nutrition & Massage

Eating a healthy balanced diet, anti aging super foods and drinking water, helps to create a cellulite free toned, healthy body.
Cellulite Busters recommended by one of the UK's leading nutritionists Suzi Grant
- Don't drink fizzy drinks, even water. The bubbles bloat the cells and encourage cellulite.
- Try a seaweed wrap. Beauty salons promise immediate results after an hour of being covered in a seaweed mask, wrapped up in a heated blanket and left to sweat all those toxins out. It does work, but a course is recommended for best results.
- Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a very gentle massage, which will stimulate the lymphatic system to drain and eliminate toxins. This has proved very successful, with a course recommended for best results.
- Regular aroma therapy massage also helps break down those fatty cells.
- Self massage can also help the circulation.
- If you have a power shower, blast the areas of cellulite using circular movements
- End your shower on a cool to cold blast to really get the lymph moving.

Masai Barefoot Technology recommended by one of the UK's leading nutritionists Suzi Grant
“If you really want an extra workout while you are out walking, I have found a trainer called a multi-gym in a shoe! I discovered Masai Barefoot Technology (MBT) a couple of years ago and found the shoes so beneficial I became an MBT trainer and regularly run power-walking classes for the ladies of Brighton.
MBT's have become very well known in the UK press for their ability to reduce cellulite and tone muscle better than any other shoe. However, they were actually designed by scientists in Switzerland as a rehabilitating, orthopedic shoe to help people realign their skeletal structure and improve problems with gait, knees, hips and feet. They do this by making you walk as you would if you were barefoot on the sand, making you walk straighter, reducing the load on your spine and joints and releasing tension. The shoes make you roll instead of repeating the shocks and compressions that other trainers do, and are particularly suitable for the over fifties. Here are just a few things MBT's may help:
- Muscle tone
- Reduce cellulite
- Varicose veins
- Reduce weight
- Improve circulation
- Improve posture and balance
Walking in MBT's helps strengthen the ankles, knees, hips and spinal joints. Blood circulation is increased and the whole body lengthens and strengthens. Because you are walking upright as a Masai, your joints are aligned correctly allowing your tendons and muscles to support you instead of overloading and stressing your joints. This is particularly important for anyone with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or any other degenerative diseases of the bones and joints.
Most muscular and skeletal problems originate from poor posture and faulty gait patterns. MBT's change your stance so you walk in a straight, elegant, balanced and comfortable manner, which is kind to your joints, while gently stabilizing your pelvis and spine. You walk like a model! Because of the therapeutic benefits these shoes are classed as medical equipment in the EU.
As important, according to Lisa Dann, fitness consultant, you burn up to three times as many calories when you walk in these shoes, so they help you to lose weight. She says her mother uses them when she plays golf and has toned her muscles and lost weight.
Add hand weights, and you really do have a gym in a shoe. I use these shoes for a workout in between yoga and try to do my 10,000 steps a day when I'm wearing them. They're not the cheapest or most attractive shoes in the world but, as trainers, they do far more than any other. Don't forget to take smaller steps than normal. It’s very important for your gait and you will get to 10,000 much quicker. I recommend to clients that they walk to walk in them, or part of the way, change when they get the office, and wear them again to walk home. If you use these shoes with weights and do 10,000 steps you Don't’ need to do much else.” Excerpt from Suzi Grant’s book Alternative Ageing
